At Esposito Arms, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. We understand that occasionally you may need to return or exchange an item. Please review our return policy below:

Eligibility:
- Returns are accepted within 15 days from the date of delivery.
- The item must be unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging.
- Personalized or custom-made items are non-returnable, except in the case of manufacturing defects.
- Upon the acquisition of a firearm, it is hereby acknowledged that the firearm shall be deemed “used” from the moment of possession. Consequently, should the firearm be subsequently returned, it is important to note that a full refund shall not be issued. The acquiring party shall be subject to applicable deductions or restocking fees in acknowledgment of the firearm’s “used” status, as determined by the seller or in accordance with relevant laws and regulations.

Returns Procedure:
- To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at support@espositoarms.com.
- Provide your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for the return.
- Our customer service team will guide you through the return process and provide you with a return authorization number (RMA) if applicable.
- Pack the item securely in its original packaging, including all accessories and documentation originally provided.
- Clearly write the RMA number on the outside of the package.

Return Shipping:
- The customer is responsible for the return shipping costs unless the return is due to a manufacturer’s defect or an error on our part.
- We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure the safe return of the item.

Inspection and Refund:
- Once we receive the returned item, our team will inspect it to ensure it meets the return eligibility criteria.
- If the item is approved, a refund will be processed to the original payment method within 15 Days.
- Please note that the original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to a manufacturer’s defect or an error on our part.
